10 Bay Residence - 10 Bay Street South, Downtown Hamilton
McMaster University’s 10 Bay Residence offers a year-round housing option in downtown Hamilton. This modern 30-story building features 644 fully furnished suites, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts.
Apply at 10 Bay Residence: To submit an application for 10 Bay Residence, please select “10 Bay Residence” from the menu above and follow the instructions to complete your application.
Please note that once a lease for 10 Bay is signed, it is a legally binding agreement. This means it cannot be cancelled or modified after signing, so we strongly encourage you to review all details carefully and ensure it is the right fit for you before committing.
